Build emotionally intelligent teams through Emotional Intelligence Training — an immersive experience focused on leadership, collaboration, and performance. This training equips participants with the tools to recognize emotions, manage reactions, and communicate effectively to create stronger workplace culture and results.

Training Format

  • 1-Day Workshop: Introduction to EQ foundations, emotional self-awareness, and team communication.
  • 2-Day Intensive: Includes full EQ-i 2.0® or EQ-360® assessment, interactive exercises, and practical application labs.
  • Optional Follow-Up Coaching: Three post-training coaching sessions to reinforce learning and measure progress.

*EQ-i 2.0® survey ($75) or EQ-360® survey ($250) required per participant. Group size (up to 30 participants).
